Industrial Holding Bulgaria AD was established in 1996 as a privatization fund for the purpose of acquisition of shares in the capital of companies sold by the Government through the public privatization scheme. After the end of the first wave of the public privatization process, in February 1998 Privatization Fund Bulgaria AD was transformed to a Holding Company and was renamed to Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC /IHB/. Main activities of IHB: - acquisition, evaluation and sales of equity in Bulgarian and foreign companies,
