Lead and Zinc Complex AD was put into operation on 05.09.1955 with production capacity of 5 000 t zinc, 7 000 t sulphuric acid. In 1956 started operation of lead plant with 8 000 t lead and “Dore” alloy.

During the years based on several reconstructions and commissioning of new lines started the production of zinc sulphate, bismuth, cadmium, sodium bisulphite, zinc alloys, battery scrap treatment, lead-antimony alloys, selenium and calcium alloys for storage battery industry and others.

The complex has clients in Turkey, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Serbia and Monte Negro, Ukraine, Italy, Egypt, Israel, Syria and others.
